The Friends club at the Musical Theatre!
The Friends Club plays an important part in the theatre’s development. Its main objective is to unite opera and ballet lovers of all ages, who are interested in theater, want to know and learn more about it and are ready to render possible assistance.
Special meetings for members of the Musical Theatre Friends club are held every month. The opera and ballet lovers can meet their favorite artists, stage and production directors etc. Moreover, the Musical theatre friends will have the opportunity to visit special theatre excursion tours named «From basement to attic»! They will have the chance to learn interesting information about creation and production of performances, scenery, costumes and prop and to go behind the stage.
Also members of the Friends club enjoy a number of privileges: prior reservation of tickets through a personal manager, visiting of general rehearsals, discounts on ticket prices etc.
The members of the Friends Club are involved in the rich and varied life of the Musical Theatre!
How to join the Friends club?
There’re 4 forms of club membership:
1. Friend of the Musical Theatre
You can get a membership card «Friend of the Musical Theatre» by different ways:
1. To buy it at the ticket office. The cost is 500 rub.
2. Free of charge if you buy 5 tickets for our performances at once.
3. Free of charge if you are our active viewer and you can submit to the ticket office 5 tickets for performances of one theatrical season at once.
Basic privileges for a Friend of the Musical Theatre
- Free presentation booklet about the theatre repertoire.
- Reservation of tickets for theatre performances through the personal manager.
- E-mail updates with information about new performances and the theatre’s future plans.
- The opportunity to purchase tickets at special prices during special friends club promotions.
- Free program when attending performance.
- Invitation to special events at the Musical Theatre.
- Your name in the “Friends” section of the theatre’s website.
- Theatre’s surprise at your birthday.
2. Honored friend of the Musical Theatre
You can become an Honored friend if your contribution amounts to 20 000 rub per one theatrical season. All candidates for membership are submitted by the Marketing Department of our theatre.
Basic privileges for an Honored Friend of the Musical Theatre
- Free presentation booklet about the theatre repertoire.
- Reservation of tickets for theatre performances through the personal manager.
- E-mail updates with information about new performances and the theatre’s future plans.
- The opportunity to purchase tickets at special prices during special friends club promotions.
- Free program when attending performance.
- Invitation to special events at the Musical Theatre.
- Theatre’s surprise at your birthday.
- Personal gratitude at the theatre’s website.
- The opportunity to participate in the guided tours backstage.
- Opportunity to attend dress rehearsals for performances, tickets for which are not on general sale.
3. Patron of the Musical Theatre
You can become an Honored friend if your contribution amounts to 100 000 rub per one theatrical season. All candidates for membership are submitted by the Marketing Department of our theatre.
Basic privileges for a Patron of the Musical Theatre:
- Free presentation booklet about the theatre repertoire.
- Reservation of tickets for theatre performances through the personal manager.
- E-mail updates with information about new performances and the theatre’s future plans.
- The opportunity to purchase tickets at special prices during special friends club promotions.
- Free program when attending performance.
- Invitation to special events at the Musical Theatre.
- Theatre’s surprise at your birthday.
- Personal gratitude at the theatre’s website.
- Opportunity to invite friends to the special backstage tours.
- Opportunity to attend dress rehearsals for performances, tickets for which are not on general sale.
- Opportunity to invite guests to watch dress rehearsals for performances, tickets for which are not on general sale.
- Once a theatrical season you can get 10 tickets for the repertoire performances
- Opportunity to get personal places in the Hall
- Opportunity to use the theatre’s premises for special events (under approval of theatre’s administration)
- Opportunity to host advertisements through theatre’s recourses.
4. Trustee of the Musical Theatre
Current and ex- members of the Board of Trustees of the Musical theatre.
Basic privileges for a Trustee of the Musical Theatre:
- Free presentation booklet about the theatre repertoire.
- Reservation of tickets for theatre performances through the personal manager.
- E-mail updates with information about new performances and the theatre’s future plans.
- The opportunity to purchase tickets at special prices during special friends club promotions.
- Free program when attending performance.
- Invitation to special events at the Musical Theatre.
- Theatre’s surprise at your birthday.
- Personal gratitude at the theatre’s website.
- Opportunity to attend dress rehearsals for performances, tickets for which are not on general sale.
- Opportunity to invite guests to watch dress rehearsals for performances, tickets for which are not on general sale.
- Once a theatrical season you can get 10 tickets for the repertoire performances
- Opportunity to get personal places in the Hall
- Opportunity to use the theatre’s premises for special events (under approval of theatre’s administration)
!!! And the most important thing for every form of membership! You can get club’s card ONLY if you fill in the questionnaire and the necessary form – permission for processing of your personal details.
